serriously bovril is for soup, marination and stuff you don't put a tons of it... just a tablespoon or so... it's like chicken powder for making chicken soup...

I dunno, never tired it.

Oh... right, i just remember once when i was young i confound the Bovril cubes with the chocolate cubes and had one... well... i recall that it was highly beef concentrate taste but didn't really taste far from black chocolate...
