The Streets and Lady Sovereign Launch Tour Dave Maher reports:

If the claims he makes on record are any indication, Mike Skinner knows how to party. But when it comes to the after-party, Lady Sovereign is the queen, which is to say that on the duo's upcoming tour of North America, Sov has two after-party performances scheduled. The first is June 10 at the Vanguard in Hollywood, and the second is June 23 at Toronto's State Theatre.


After the after-party comes the hotel lobby, but we kind of don't want to know what Mike Skinner or Lady Sovereign do at their hotels.


The grimy tour will push things forward starting tonight in Seattle and continue through the end of June, after which the two will split up to hit their own, personal favorite festivals.

The streets aren't bad, but they aren't the type of music I'd normally listen too. However, 'Never went to church' is a really lovely song.
