We all kind of drifted apart. We have another band now called LEILA MAKE NOISE WITH FRIEND. which is similar but with electronic beats, girly man vocals and a bassist (in the form of xRedx, who you know from here). It's... it's not as good. I do want to do something like this again but it's probably going to have to wait until I've moved now. The material was super-easy to write.

i like electronic beats too. but it does merge into poney super fast with that stuff going on. le shok, sometimes they irritated me because they would get soft, but only recorded. live they were INSANE.

Red's just about the coolest short person I know.

Making this kind of music sound even half as awesome on record as it sounds live is really hard. I think if I record that kind of guitar again I'm going to be a lot more fussy about it and insist on using my own amp - I use a bass practise amp at home, whereas when I go through a guitar amp it just doesn't seem to want to not shriek the whole way through the set and always sounds more distorted than it's supposed to.

i think we would have been friends, if we had been stuck in the same city together. i know two other people who use a bass amp for guitar. <3
