Soul Cry frontwoman charged with attempted murder

An Italian heavy metal singer has been charged by police with attempted murder after she stabbed her guitarist during a rehearsal.

Cristina Balzano, 19, the singer with Italian band Soul Cry, is said to have stabbed her 16-year-old guitarist after he made a mistake while playing a guitar solo during a band practice, reports Yahoo Music.

Balzano allegedly accused the guitarist of "sounding evil" before she stabbed him.

Genovese police have charged Balzano with attempted murder.



What do you all make of this? He's only 16 ffs, abit more practice would have sufficed ?? and sounding evil? Surely she just meant bad.....Haven't had a good metal band violence story in a bit...nice to see the Italians keeping up the tradition.
