I remember reading they were working on two new releases...one which was to be released over the internet in September...but I havent heard anything about it since. Anyone know whats going on with them? The last thing I heard from ms katiejane was that Ruby Throat business which was well...mostly meh.

Also does anyone know where the track Pull Me Under comes from?

I love Queen Adreena and the track 'Pull Me Under' is on their most recent album 'The Butcher and The Butterfly' which was released in 2005.
Right now, Katie Jane Garside is concentrating on her side project Ruby Throat as you mentioned and also solo material, so their are no immediate plans for new QA material or tour dates.
