i don't have tickets, i'm going up the trail on the side, off of Boy Scout Rd. you can hear perfectly, and i don't need to see the band.

i'm bringing a blanket, & sacred herb. anyone want to meet me there?
i'll be wearing black pants, blk top, blk & white sneakers, blk hair in a ponytail, and i'll be carrying my big-ass black bag

btw, the Dash bus goes right by the Greek theater & for free on the w/e. otherwise, parking is a nightmare. i'm walking there in a half hour.

i'm so excited! i love "California Man" and other songs from their first album.!

I saw them once and it was good. I have decided that rather than Dynasty (the show - not the KISS album) that Heart should be the reference point for shoulder pads.

Heart is epic. They have certinaly stood the test of time. They are cool too, they made Palin stop playing Barrcudda at the end of her campaign rallies.
Journey is great, I think the idea for the new Asian singer is great. Our local paper (I guess alot of the band members are from here) did coverage of them hiring the Fillipino singer. I think its great they are corssing color lines. Journey is an epic band. They started out way different, then they did when the wrapped up thier career in the eighties. Kind of like Fleetwood Mac, alot of changes were made to the line up before final lead singers were picked.
Cheap Trick was so neat, so seventies! Mamas Alright! I remember they replaced one or two of them and then came out with a string of albums that didnt fare as well and then when they made there comeback with "The Flame" years later I think it was the first time all irginal members were back.
Are the original mebers still in Cheap Trick?
