I would have done it for no reason at all.
The first time I was in England a woman was either arrested or given a ticket (I forget which) when her neighbor complained she had Whitney Houston's "I will always love you" on repeat for days. I was so pleased.

I was on vacation over the weekend. I was outside in the woods right on a lake in the sun. I was enjoying the peace and quiet just reading a book... then someone nearby blasted that song and I wanted to bludgeon them with a carp.
