Los Angeles, June 18, 2008 – On the heels of her first co-headlining national tour, breakthrough artist Marié Digby is joining singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw on the first leg of his summer tour. Marié performed to packed venues across America during her 31-city run in May and June. The Houston Chronicle remarked that, “Digby has an immediate and engaging vocal presence…Unfold is an organic, effortless balance of sunny pop.” The Dallas Morning News described Digby’s debut as, “a tuneful collection of pop nuggets.”
Marié’s video for her current single, “Say It Again,” will air on TRL’s First Look this Thursday, June 19 at 4 PM ET. The single continues to be a Top 25 hit across the country at Hot AC radio and was recently featured on the season finale of NBC’s popular drama “ER.” Marié is currently number seven on the list of top 10 music artists of all time on YouTube with over 32 million views. The video for “Say It Again” has over one million views after only a few months on YouTube.
Digby’s on-camera performance of the melodic, piano-driven, “Better off Alone,” aired on the ABC Family series “Greek” on June 2.
In mid-May, Marié participated in a live concert in the world’s first interactive online concert venue and global free concert series that was presented by Pepsi and DeepRockDrive. The series featured five distinct artists, all representing various genres, including Lady Antebellum, Matt Nathanson, Lloyd, Disturbed and Marié Digby.
