also, a band called new young pony club. their music is so sexy, coy, suggestive, slutty.

RnB always sounds slutty to me, but that's probably because I associate it with some of that genre's music videos.

There's a good chance of a female artist having a song about sex in the top 40. Just check what the top downloads are on random sites and usually an R&B artist will have something raunchy.

Electroclash isn't really slutty, it's more like a statement on being slutty, and then being that kind of intellectual slutty.
I notice in electroclash you don't really hear that female lilt that most American singers have. That sort of throaty downward flirt slide they do. Shudder.

BTW, Gravy Train!!!! is really slutty and awesome. Check them out. I bet they open beer with their genitalia.
