So I recently discovered Bossa Nova music. I really like it. The style, the sound...it's so reminiscent of being on the beach at night sitting in front of a fire with a nice drink...preferably one with an umbrella in it.

I'm not too familiar with Bossa Nova artists. Can you recommend some to me?

I really like some of Quincy Jones' stuff. His cd "Big Band Bossa Nova" is really good. If you are familiar with Austin Powers...the intro to the first movie is Bossa Nova...the theme song.

As you know, bossa nova is a brazilian thing from the 60s. I don´t personally like it but I know the best artist is Tom Jobim, the one to actually come up with it.
