I think Christina gets my vote here.
genre wise, I think Mariah has been putting out crap music lately. The Emancipation of Mimi was good and all but this new album blows. I know she isn't the greatest lyricist, but there are songs that are so much better than Touch my Body. The only song I can stand on the new album is Bye Bye. Her last couple of albums are a bad mix of watered down R&B. She's a much better Pop artist than R&B artist.

Now if this was the 90's Mariah vs Christina, then I would have gone w/ Mariah. I know Christina has the voice and everything, but Mariah didn't seem so contrived and pretentious back then.

So really Christina wins ( and her music is a guilty pleasure of mine) but only because MC is kinda crapping out again.
