I am massively taken with the music of Ladyhawke. Well, the three songs and one remix I have heard. Massively. And I only discovered her after reading an article about her in the NME. ALL IZ FORGIVEN, NME MINE.

I mean, I love it, and I respect the way it is not tongue-in-cheek. It's a balls-out celebration of how good synthtastic 80s pop was and is.

I like her list of influences. I like the fact that Stevie Nicks is number one. I like the fact that Hole are in the first ten. I will endeavour to find someone who knows her, and lure her here. Because I wanna. I want to get obsessed about some band or singer or something, and I want it to be her. I suppose her relative accessability is helping or something, but never the less I really like that song. I do.

i think i may have had some of her stuff on my laptop. which exploded a while back.
unless i'm thinking of ladytron. i probably am. too many ladies.

I kept on thinking it was Ladyhawk without the "e", that other band, I think they're Canadian or something.

I heard 'Paris is burning' on 6music the other day and fucking loved it.
