Yes, that PNAU collaboration is so awesome! I've been listening to that song all summer long... It is so sad she's not been release in North America, I hope she will next summer. PNAU is a good disco band by the way, there is that song "Come Together" that is also great.

You've got great music down there in Australia/New Zealand... I heard of that band 'Dash & Will' are they popular ? I know they are much Avril Lavigne but they are nice.

Anyway, if you like synth 80s pop, you should check out the Valerie stuffs, my favourite is Minitel Rose their songs are really visual and you will have the feeling of playing in Vice City... they call that movement "retro-futuristic music"

Has anyone seen her live in recent times? Or seen her, at all? In Masterton? It produced one of Flight of the Conchords too, you know.

Anyway, I have converted many people with the album's power. It can be done. I was snotted off that the 2008 in review issue of Under the Radar only mentioned the wrong Ladyhawk [sick], and only once.

Did any of the NZers here ever see Two Lane Blacktop play? I know they did orientation a few years back, but I didn't see them. Grrr.

She's playing in my capital in over a week, I really want to see her live and feedback on the shows are good.
I remember the NME saying that she didn't feed off her audience or connect with them and someone subsequently wrote in saying that she has Asperger's syndrome and can't help it.

I sure all that bullshit doesn't matter and that it would be worth seeing.
