One that springs to mind for me is Lateralus by Tool. I actually did a little work on this one for my literature class, as we were told to basically choose a poem or lyric we liked, really just to get into the swing of that class I think, and I ended up just choosing this one since it was ambiguous enough. The message I ended up taking from it, I really liked.
