| | | reccommend some rock for me All the new music I've been getting into for the last wee while could be described as, for want of a better word, "ambient", I miss the rawk. Any one want to reccommend some good rock and roll bands? My tastes are generally more to the heavy or experimental side and anyone who's inspired by Oasis probably isn't my cup of tea. I'll give anything a fair go though. |

Neither can be classed as RAWK(!!) but still amazing and loud. |

| | | What kind of rawk? Because I'm fairly certain I could argue Sarah McLachlan's hardcore appeal.

| | Yes, I apologide for my use of the word 'rawk'. I think I was basiclly wanting something that could be described as Kick Ass, so not Sarah McLachlan Melt Banana does fall under the kick ass category. I'm a big fan of the first three QOTSA albums, The White Stripes, Mark Lanegan, Auf Der Maur...I'm looking for new bands though. |
