My Chemical Romance. The band also won the gong for
Best Track, for their Lou Reed collaboration 'Tranquilize'.
Brandon Flowers and co, were pipped to the post by
My Chemical Romance, though, who won the award for Best Live Band. They also lost out to
Foo Fighters in the
Best Album category, with

'Golden Skans',
Best New International Band and
Best New International Live Act.
