i boxed up a bunch of books for charity, and noticed come as you are, amongst it all.

so i was flipping through, wondering if kurt seemed like such an asshole when i read this book for the first time but anyway this band scratch acid is mentioned a few times.

i have their anthology of whatever it is, like 30 songs on the cd but have never listened to it before. i played it a couple of times last night and way too much to process in a couple listens, so my recollection is that most of it just sounds the same.

but the first song is stuck in my head and i actually want to go listen to it right now.
if at least five or six more songs are this good, i'm going to start talking about this band in real life and what a huge fan i am. then people will want to be my friend.
