Alright folks,
I am sure there is probably a thread somewhere about this but i have decided to post anyway.
Being a visual artist of sorts i find myself being creative in one way or another all the time.
I am currently trying to make a list of all music that i like to be creative to so i was wondering what you all like listening 2 when writing,painting,illustrating etc etc etc.
Go on.. out with it.. no matter how obscure or silly it may be.(suggestions of what i should listen to is also very welcome)

sometimes tchaikovsky. and i probably didn't spell that right. but who ever does?

music with atmosphere. sometimes heavy

obv. depends on mood really! but.: melt banana, animal collective,deerhoof, enon, cibo matto, lightning bolt, anything that makes me feel EXCITED also music with weird lyrics that create GOOD mental images inspires me. fun upbeat music is a winner and "cute" music. sometimes i will happily listen to jesu and gravenhurst slowwwwwwwwww music and it makes me do lots of work. though music can actually be really offputting sometimes!! i like silence too= gives one time to think and fish stuff out of the brain. i like it ALLL. except radio 1 and shit music like guns n roses. god that would be/IS HELL

Hot.Art.Music could pass muster as a working title for little Prince, in his early 80s pre-megastardom period.
