| | | This has been out for ages (by ages i mean a few weeks) in the UK. Oh my *god* how brilliant is it? I think it does draw on Grinderman lots but then I love Grinderman anyway. It's so raw, it's proper dirty, filthy rock n roll..it just oozes sex, it basically is sex. Yes, sex on a CD. I realise this probably makes me sounds slightly crazy but seriously that is the best way to describe it. |

| | | I'm going to take a wild guess that if we buy it from that link there is monies involved for the poster.
brooke, sorry to be an arshole here, but whilst I've made sarcy comments about subscriptions in the past, I still got one and I can see that they serve a purpose, the advertising down the side is totally understandable too, but this is a bit much. this forum has been over run with these "adverts" for mostly crappy albums, it basically amounts to spam.
I feel quite sorry for historygravity who is one of the mods that actually puts a lot of effort into her duties in keeping her bit interesting and bubbling with news. All these new threads suck though.

| | | I picked this up during the week, it's way more immediate than any other Nick Cave album I've heard. I need to give it more listenage though. Moonland reminds of Lullaby weirdly.

| | | It's really good, but I don't own it yet. The guy I share my office with has a copy, and plays it every now and then. Some seriously good shit.

| | | I own it now. I love it. I bought it in a store though, at JB Hi-Fi. Don't know if that's cheaper than buying it via internets, but it's certainly easier for lazy bastards like me.
