I LOVE the title, LOVE the candy imagery and am very intrigued about the JT collab.
I think I would have preferred her to have gone down a softer route with the hair and wardrobe, kind of more dreamy as opposed to rough and tough. I was hoping the leoatard wouldn't make a re-appearance.
But whatever, she's the queen of the pop so she can do what she wants.
I wonder if she'll do any tie ins with the make up brand hard candy? That would be cool.

madonna is worth more many than she'll ever need. why keep on producing mediocre music (at best)? she should just bow out gracefully and produce music or something. she shouldnt be making it anymore.

i'm sorry but who wants to see an almost 50 yr. old woman with a whip in her mouth? her sexy years are gone. and getting justin to sing on any new song/album is just OLD! Everybody has used him and queen Timbaland for years and it's boring. How cliche of her.

I'm sick of her crotch. It's not sexy. As for collaborating with J-T, why didn't she do this in like, 2004?

I don't understand why everyone just fawns over her, she isn't that great of a singer, her songs aren't that great, musically it's just a bunch of crap that is just like what is on the radio now...she's okay, but I don't consider her that great of an artist.

all that, & she's not even pretty. she's never been attractive. so i don't see why she's trying to go down the sex appeal route when she's 50. the jewcrew thing was alright. even the anti-american life thing was fine. but this whole dancing queen leotard shit is stagnant. an old woman trying to appeal to younger demographics through the use of candy imagery should be on an Oprah special, not on the radio.

I haven't heard anything from it but the front cover is awful. All you see is this crotch and it's not a good look for a front cover, it doesn't even have the sophiscation of the Erotica years. I didn't think Confessions was one of her best records even though people seemed to fawn over it. The 'Hard candy' title is something that is completely overused and lacks any originality at all. I'm not looking forward to the collaborations either.

I like the fact, that actually, she's not interested in looking pretty. Madonna is a tough bitch, she does everything on her terms, I agree she's not particularly beautiful but she is striking, powerful and strong.
The fact that she's pissing people off by continuing to make music probably fuels her even more. I admire her for that, and I hope she keeps offending people and getting her snatch out in leotards for decades to come.
We need her in an industry full of puppets.

I've build this cunt up so much, but all it took to knock her down was that incredibly cheap font on her album cover.

The new songs are boring too, and Confessions was a sort of nothing lost/nothing gained affair. But that font kills it for me.

Some good comes out of this though. Every time somebody says they don't believe in Madonna anymore, a Panamanian fag boy loses his anal virginity.

I still love her...I think the song is fun and I love the boxing cover art.

i dont like anything thats going on with this album. the single cover is hideous. the picture of her on the album cover is excellent (thanks to Steven Klein), but they ruined it with that font and the background. and the song. i'm disappointed.


i think shes just gets the 'tox. if you look at paparazzi pics, you can see shes aging.
