I'm just not interested. The biggest crime of all. It's a strange feeling.

She is showing her age and looks like Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) from Eastenders on the album cover (I hate it):

BBC - EastEnders - Characters & Cast - Linda Henry

the cover picture itself is saucy
but the overall effect isn't classy or slick
but it is doing something
and the single is a little weak
it's too much a celebrity collab and madonna doesn't need justin
hopefully the rest of the album isn't as justin heavy

Yeah it is cheap.

I knew this would be a very low-quality output from her; the cover, single and overall collaborative choices reek of laziness.

And if I have to hear Timbaland's fucking mouth scratching again my head will explode.

It's got a 80's hand-collage Mondino/Knight vibe...

she's supposed to look like a wrestler, hence the belt - a champion wrestler at that. also the unwinding wrist wrap promising to turn gag is a little s & m wink... and i've decided to interpret the background as a vaginal explosion... the font is an obv reference to candy packaging

i'm a little let down because the design on confessions was really slick, but then again you can't judge till you've the full product really.

but it's all growing on me...
i'm sure i'll warm up to it when i'm in the right atmosphere
a little remixing, sweat and smoke machine goes a long way

I don't understand how the same woman who created "Like a Prayer" and "Ray of Light" in her 30's could reach this all-time low at 50. I'm embarrassed for everything about this project.

the song is weird though i love justin timberlake and i like madonna's stuff most of the time. it will probably grow on me when it's going to be playing everywhere this summer.
and yeahhh the album cover is not really tasteful it's disapointing.

A while back, on American Bandstand, a Saturday afternoon show with kids dancing to all the popular songs, a celebrity interview spot, a live performance (or Beatle's "Strawberry Fields Forever" video, etc.), the teenager-for-life host, Dick Clark, interviewed Madonna. I believe it was "Lucky Star" or something like that, that she performed live on the show -- well, one of her first hits, anyway.

In the interview, Dick asked Madonna something about her goals, and she said "to rule the world."

That said, she's not going to give up that easy.

I've gotta hear the CD, in the perspective that Madonna is in charge and justin and farrell are, like, her bitches.

As for the pic, it works for me, but that's maybe not a good thing for you youngin's. However she aroused my interest and so;

if you are reading this, Madonna Cinncione (Cicionne? sorry, my last name is hard to spell too), I'm requesting a backstage pass, please!

looks edible but hey that's just me, some middle age guy who, if taken under her wing, would be delighted doing it in the foyer with her. Fuck the mansion i don't care about her money. and Courtney is too crazy and doesn't want me.

please?

"retire you're old" is the most idiotic thing you could possibly say here.
and like whoa you flexed yer nerd muscle and made it all boldy-like
way to go!

yoko is 75 and still shit hot
if you keep in touch you don't get "old"

you should humble yourself, what have you ever accomplished other than being a idiot on the internet?

there's a tighter crop on madonna's myspace that looks more like a cover... but the actual cover has more going on.

the song has grown on me
i knew i would enjoy it in the right atmosphere remixed
sometimes all it takes is being the in the mood to enjoy something rather than being critical

either way its a smart move to flaunt her collaborators on the lead off single... as a business move

i agree dd of course they are her bitches
they know it too
they know they're lucky to be let in on this.

Ciccone, but Mrs Ritchie to you drummer boy

I think the song was Holiday on American Bandstand in '83 that you were referring ' to rule the world'.

Oh, I didn't know she's married. You know, I don't mean to be a male chavanaistic (ok got spelling wrong and in a hurry_) pig so I'm sorry for the Madonna post. I haven't seen the reps but am just saying on my own, I was disrespectful and apologize to Mrs. Ritchie. All men are pigs but we need to repress the thoughts that are "in the gutter" and outwardly show compassion towards other human beings.

I need to slap myself on the wrist and try to straighten up from here.

Anyway, yeah, putting myself in someone else's shoes and especially a younger person's shoes it all seems icky.

(but I can't edit or delete it now).
