Is the other guitar player no longer with them?

Also, re; picture of them in above post, does her hair still look like that, teased way out and all? (referring to the girl on the right)?

Kudos, though. Kudos!

According to Wikipedia, the original B-52's guitarist, Ricky Wilson, had died of AIDS in 1985, at age 32. He was group singer Kate Wilson's older brother, and the original drummer, Keith Strickland, is carrying on his unique guitar tunings/playing style.

i hate you, i;d love to see them in a club. i've only seen them in a theatre or ampitheatre.

they are co-headling the True Colors tour this year with Cyndi Lauper....hence so little club dates.

^plus they played the UK this passed summer, I think.

Anyway, I've seen them a few times since 1999 and to be honest, they are hit or miss. Cindy can still fuck the shit out of "Dance This Mess Around", though. The new single is pretty good, I hope the rest of the album is just as fun ... I mean the last album was "Good Stuff" and aside from the title track and "Revolution Earth", it was kinda boring.

i haven't seen them since 1990 and 1991....but both shows were tons of fun.

i'm looking forward to fagfest [aka true colors] but we've got the indigo girls nd the clicks....so i'm gonna be at the beer consessions until the b-52's come on. plus i can't stand rosie....i'd like to stab that pig.

Omg super jealous that you got to see the 1990 show. There is a video of them at the Shoreline Amp. in Cali doing "Cosmic Thing" in 1990 and they look like they are having sooo much fun. Cindy just doesnt move like that anymore.

From what i know they played a few select festivals and NOT Glastonbury which I was sure they would, it fits the ethos. I'd love to dance my mess around hallucinating plutoooo to some dang gooooooddd stuuuuffff. AKA GET FUCKED AND SHIMMY TO THE B52s

Does anyone else fancy staying in Kate Pierson's hotel? Kate's Lazy Meadow

Am I the only one who gets irked when great artists like Bjork and The B-52s show up at festivals with iPod-licensed indie acts?
