Amsterdam is the new Paris is the new Berlin.... Well, we always knew that Amsterdam was a hot spot for art and culture (Holland has nearly 1,000 museums with 42 in Amsterdam alone!) and that has absolutely nothing to do with the Red Light District! This year at SXSW the Dutch are going to show us that not only do they have some of the world's best talent but that Amsterdam is the new mecca for eclectic and cutting edge artists.

Barely a year after they first reared their heads these kids have climbed to the top of Dutch dance scene. Could fit perfectly with any DFA bands, just listen to “Get Lo” and you’ll know. http://www.myspace.com/adeptadeptadept
Aux Raus
Loud, fast, and furious this duo is the wildest thing ever to come from Amsterdam. They’re currently signed to Nuevos Ricos, a Mexican label owned by visual artist Carlos Amorales. http://www.myspace.com/auxraus http://www.auxraus.com

Postman
The colour green symbolizes life, growth and (re)birth. And that is exactly where the title of Postman's new album stands for: it marks a new beginning for rapper, producer and composer Remon Stotijn a.k.a. The Anonymous. http://www.postman-online.com
