i used to have close to 500 cd's and now have maybe 100. it's rare i actually want to hear a song and regret not having the album anymore. but i do miss owning certain albums, regardless of whether i listened to them or not.

i really liked owning moon safari and have considered rebuying it. but i've just read it's being released as a deluxe edition in a couple months.

i wish instead of becoming obsolete, CD's just got nicer packaging.
orb's adventures beyond the ultraworld (3 disc deluxe edition) is one of my favorite albums, just because the packaging kicks ***. i can rarely listen to it for more than three minutes, but would hate to not have it anymore.

I wish I could sell a bunch of my CDs and not feel bad about it later, but I always do. So I'm just not going to sell them anymore.
