Please do not ever purchase anything from this site if you live overseas. The standard of their packaging is revolting and when you complain that your item is damaged they tell you to send it back at your own cost. Even though it clearly states in their terms and conditions that it will be covered if you request it.

They are fuckheads and also are exempt from falling under ombudsman jurisdictions.

So, DON'T EVER EVER EVER EVER buy something limited edition and spend all your hard earned money there as if it's damaged you are then left with a pile of shit.

Like my Imogen Heap CD. I should have just stuck to pirating it. Or my Siouxsie Mantaray CD- that came in the postbox NEXT to the packaging. Lucky my mailman rules and made sure I got it. I'm not even going to mention the other 2 CDs from that order, I'll cry. They're destroyed.

Um, that's all. YOU'RE ALL CUNTS. Go back to pirating shit in the recommendations thread because you probably don't even know what a CD looks like.

even here their delivery service sucks, the shit's always late and their customer service is shit. i don't think i''ll buy anything from their online store again. come to think of it instore is crap aswell, they NEVER have what i want/need, if they do it's generally broken and the prices well just SUCK, except for the occasional dvd. all in all hmv = no.

Yeah well unfortunately sometimes here in Australia you just can't get something and have to order from overseas. I will NEVER order with them again.

Surely UK prices are pretty shit compared to pretty much everywhere else in the world anyway?

Either way, they've entered online distribution late and in a pretty desperate manner, I wouldn't be surprised if they suck. They're far & away the best out of the big high street chains over here though.
