NC trio Bowerbirds spent most of 2007 on the road, touring with The Mountain Goats, The Rosebuds and John Vanderslice in support of their debut album Hymns For a Dark Horse. 2008 finds the band lining up more tour dates, this time out with the like-minded Phosphorescent, and leading up to SXSW. The band was also part of our 2007 CMJ Showcase and during CMJ taped an installment of The Take Away Shows which will be premiering on La Blogotheque soon.
