I'm sure its not the best out there by any means, and I'll be honest.
I havent even tried converting anything yet, but it works great as an ordinary turntable?!

i've had one for almost a year and it's still in its box. looking forward to trying it out though, i think i'll pull it out when i'm done moving and have no internet to enterain me for a few days.
I am getting one as well. I want one with a replaceable / available cartridge / needle. My folks subscribe to COnsumer Reports and I recall there being an article about which ones are the best and what each drawback is for them. If you have a fax# I can copy the page and fax it when I see them next.
