Charges: Cash was caught at an airport coming back from Mexico and arrested for being in the possession of illegal amphetamine capsules.



Frank Sinatra

Arrest Date: November 27, 1938

Location:Englewood, New Jersey

Charges: Sinatra was brought up on a morality charge for his relationship with a married woman. The charges were eventually dropped two months later.


Ozzy Osbourne

Arrest Date: May 15, 1984

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Charges: After found staggering drunkenly down Beale Street, Ozzy Osbourne was arrested and charged with public intoxication. This charge was surprisingly mild compared to Osbourne's arrest a few years earlier in San Antonio, Texas for urinating on the Alamo.



Sid Vicious

Arrest Date: October, 1978

Location: New York, New York

Charges: The Sex Pistol was arrested and charged with the murder of his then-girlfriend Nancy Spungen. He was busted again in December after allegedly brawling with Patti Smith's brother Todd, and was charged with felonious assault.



Jimi Hendrix

Arrest Date: May 3, 1969

Location: Toronto, ON

Charges: Possession of narcotics (heroin and hashish). When customs officials discovered the illicit substances at Toronto International Airport, Hendrix claimed that the drugs had been slipped into his bag by a fan.

The Ozzy one is my favorite. Who knew he was a hockey fan, and furthermore, the St. Louis Blues???? I want that shirt very badly.

According to the Smoking Gun Bowie was arrested, along with Iggy Pop, in '76 for pot possession.
