Question limewire & such

i haven't used one of these p2p things for a few years.

are they pretty much safe to use?

or would i go to jail?

I use it on occasion, but I'm in Canada where the laws are a bit more lax. I think the laws in the US are more strict, so a record company could technically track you down and sue you. I doubt you could go to jail though.

I use limewire I just don't share. I haven't had any problems and I don't know anyone who has. So I think its pretty safe.

I didn't understand why this was a multiple choice poll so I ticked all 4 options.

Seriously, I download a lot but I also buy about as much as I can afford. That's all I'm saying.

And do people still use Limewire? All the cool kids are down with BitTorrent now.
