She's on Jools TONIGHT, 11.35PM on BBC2.
Does anyone else like her?
I saw her in City Halls in Glasgow with the orhestra playing with her It was incredibly beautiful.
I love her new album, especially Emily.

Reason: I forgot what day I was in.
No problem I love that song too. I'm disappointed he had her play only one song though. The other bands played 2/3 each. Beverley Knight I think played 3, and the sister of one of the Zutons played 2. They could have had Joanna play 2 instead of one of them?
i'm just sorry i wrote her off as meaningless indie-hype before. i heard the wrong songs or didn't sit down long enough to digest her music fully. 'The Milk-Eyed Mender' is one of the greatest albums to come out in the last few years. the songs are vivid and imaginative. it makes me jealous that she's only 25.
i love the milk eyed mender but Ys is just ... something all of it's own. it's amazing. everyone should listen to it. and properly! in one sitting. haha
