my favourite song with piano in is probably This Lamb Sells Condos by Final Fantasy or Kate Bush, definitely

i think lux eterna by clint mansell and kronos is pretty piano-y and awesome if memory serves too.

and the piano soundtrack by michael nyman is great, especially the song 'the promise'
