| | i Met Eric Erlandson, He Said That I Should Say "Hi" to my Friends on KR i met him last week at the ceremony on hollywood blvd. for dj Rodney Bingenheimer getting his star. i was standing right behind him, and said "hey, eric, i'm on kittyradio every day". so he goes "i'm not on it as much anymore, but tell me your name on there, & i'll look for you." "and say hi to your friends on kr for me".
i just about died & went to heaven. eric is soo sweet! the whole day was surreal. i went to cantor's kibbitz room after, and i'm standing there eating, and see eric again, but i didn't bother him, cos he was eating, too. i didn't ask what name he uses, i thought he would have told me, if he wanted me to know. |

| | | did he sound nasal with his nose up courtney's ass? or is she loose enough back there that nostril compression isn't really an issue?

| | | i've only met two celebrities, and within five minutes of each other.
one was this drug addict from an internet porn site who i'd jerked of to for years. i even wrote a really horrible song before i realized i had zero songwriting talent about him giving me HIV. i was obsessed with him, walked out of a bar one afternoon (i start early) and bumped into him.
i was too scared to ask if he wanted to fuck, and decided to circle the block in order to work up the nerve.
on my way around the block i saw johnny knoxville walking down the street.
when i got back to the bar, the porn guy was gone. i haven't seen him since, but i no longer think he's hot anyway. he's probably dead. |

I've only met one musician ever, he was pretty cool (Matthew Caws from Nada Surf, he was as nice as he could be). I am reticent about meeting most musicians I admire, only because if they were completely asshole-ish, I'd have a hard time separating that from the music. For example, one of my friends saw the Fall in concert, and said Mark E. Smith was a total dickhead. But then again he seems kind of like a dick in his music, anyway.

| | | What did you expect, bry? I wouldn't expect them to be all chummy. But that still sucks. What was Moby like?
BTW, Eric, if you're reading this (hahaha, dear Eric): You're great. I love you. You're well appreciated. If only Courtney was more like you (in certain ways, I mean). |

| | | I've seen Moby live twice, he seemed like a nice enough guy to the audience at least. My brother-in-law met him in the early 1990s DJ'ing, he said he was nice back then. Albeit very short.

i've heard he can be a real diva.

I know alot of people-well since I'm on the Spiral- who have met Trent and everyone's had really positive experiences with him.
Some girl saw him pull into his house one day when he lived in New Orleans and she went up to him, he asked her to wait and come back in a few minutes, and when she knocked on his door his secretary or someone took them into his recording studio and Trent gave them a tour of the house.
I'm getting way too off topic with this. haha | |
