| | | The first two LPs are amazing, the rest are merely very good. But she's never afraid to be a bit adventurous, and definitely unafraid to be herself. I love her. The version of War she sang before ripping up the picture of JPII was unbelievable.
My favourite song of hers is, however, Mandinka, ahead of even Nothing compares... I think (and I've said it before I am sure) that it proves she could have had a hit single whenever the hell she wanted, if she really gave a fuck about that.

| | | Listening to "Just call me Joe" again, just now, I realised it sounds a lot to me like the stuff on Blur's self-titled fifth album. I'd never really noticed it before, but maybe they weren't just ripping off Pavement on that album...

Also, Emporer's New Clothes, Nothing Compares 2 U, Thief of Your Heart, I Want Your (Hands On Me), her rendition of Haunted with The Pogues, and I really loved her cover of All Apologies.
I just really love Sinead. |

| | | I've liked all of her albums that I've listened to (I agree the first two were her best), but I have to admit that I didn't buy/hear anything after "Faith and Courage".
I loved that whole No Man's Woman, "I'm a Lesbian" phase! |

I loved that whole No Man's Woman, "I'm a Lesbian" phase! | I thought No Man's Woman was the whole "I'm a celibate nun of God and no hand shall touch me" phase! God only knows. If indeed even he is paying any attention to her still. She must confuse the fuck out of him. Is she currently a rastafarian?

I think she's both a rastafarian, and a catholic priest. I must brush up on my Sinead trivia. |
