i got stories from the city tales from the sea or whatever its called and i tried hard to get through it but couldn't. am i missing something?

if you wanted to reel in a new a pj fan what album would you recommend, and why?

i'd like to know as well. i recently bought "to bring you my love", and while i like some of the songs, it's just not doing so much for me.

it's actually been a little frustrating for me.

i have the crow 2 soundtrack which features an awesome song by harvey "naked cousin" and the cd i bought sounds nothing like that.

i was going to buy the cd w/ "down by the water" on it because i like that song but i have a feeling that "down by the water" isn't "vintage" harvey and i want an album that captures the essence of "who she is" so to speak...

i heard good things about "rid of me". is that the one to get?

ok well i heard "down by the water" which prompted me into thinking that the rest of the record would be as good but no.

everyone praises "rid of me" and "is this desire?" but i'll wait for an expert.
