does any one know what this song is called and who its by?

i just saw it on a tv show and i wanna download it.

the only words i could make out were "lights flicker, they just might burn out"

the music was kind of triphop like.
it was a female singer.
and it was on badgirls club on oxygen.

that's a vague description.
is it 'i am the bullet, you are the bull's eye' when brody starts talking about her eyes flicker flickering and her heart tinker tinkering and all that stuff.
