I liked how they modeled the entire video off of the movie The Shining.

BTW, dunno if this goes here, im a newb to KR, but it seemed like the best place.

30 Seconds To Mars is my favourite band. 'The Kill' was so instant for me the first time I heard it. It was the obvious hit single from the record in my opinion so I'm glad after a lot of faffing about Virgin finally agreed.

The video is excellent. It's the sort of video I've been waiting for really because whilst 'Attack' and 'Capricorn' were cool and had interesting concepts, I wanted something grittier with a bit more of a narrative. Jared is great and props to his direction (and his eyeliner...) but Tomo steals the show with the bear scene.

how can 30 seconds to mars be your favorite band??? they're ok though, but i mean...the lyrics, the perfectly placed screams...i dunno...jarred leto makes me laugh...some of the songs are OK, but that's about it..

i love how he's 2 different people when he promotes the band and when he promotes his acting

they're a total image band, and whenever leto's on a tv show, he doesn't even try to promote it...he talked about gaining weight for a role recently, and jimmy kimmel asked him if he played any shows like that, and he was like "no", but acted like "oh yeah, like i'm gonna play a show as a fat guy!!!! we're all about looking cool"

unfortunately they don't look that cool anyways!!
