I have these "sleep cd's" with soft acoustic type of music or other quiet music on them such as certain Ben Harper songs or some Alison Krauss. Also so Asleep by The Smiths.

I do have the "sleep" function on my stereo so I have it switch off after about 45 min because otherwise the music would wake me at night...

i like the digital radio station chill fm. definately one to sleep and wake up to.. i really want to know more about that station, and demand tracklistings.
