I've really only heard one song by her but I've read a few Q&As and very minor interviews with her and she seems to feel she is entitled to some special accolades based on the fact that she isn't from the States. She comes off bragadocious and self-centered.

She's fucking daft... and her song sounds like something her piano teacher taught her to play.

Well I haven't really ever looked for interviews of any transcribed discussions involving her, but I surely did hear more than one song of hers, and I think you should give other pieces a listen before saying what she's playing sounds like she's only reinjecting teacher's stuff. I mean, I used to find her phrasing and style in general a little too weird to possibly ever appeal me, but I've ended up finding her great.
