Third Rail, local Brooklyn bands. I was fifteen.

Siren Fest in Coney Island. I was seventeen.

I wish I had time to go to one/look out for one currently. Maybe I'll go somewhere soon.

07.BEST CONCERT MEMORY?
I have a few. At my first concert, I was so damn happy. It was so loud that you could feel the noise and the movement through your skin, and of course there were the teens who think they can mosh, somewhere in the center of the room. The energy was so amazing, it felt like we all connected with each other and the bands performing, like we had all known each other for years.

08.WORST CONCERT MEMORY?
Me having slept about one or two hours, not having eaten the entire day, and standing for seven or eight hours in the same place, until 8pm. But it was well worth it.

09.SMALL VENUE/HUGE VENUE?

12 in the afternoon (but the show started early anyway).

Eddie Argos of Art Brut leapt off the stage and walked out into the crowd. It was a moving moment.

Watch the way the band interacts with each other. Gives me the warm fuzzies.

well there was scissor sisters talking about acid then playing comfortably numb. sonic youth just being sonic youth. when i first saw wolfmother in that little tent. THE VINES PLAYING ms jackson oh god that was a good moment.

fucking ditching sleater kinney to stand and wait in the wolfmother mosh before they started, during mudvayne. then the electricity turned off everyone went insane i got crushed and missed both wolfmother AND sleater kinney. then sleater kinney broke up! stupidest thing i ever did.
