I say take the risk.. he's been doing quite a few gigs lately, and he had a check in with the court a day or two ago, and the judge said he's doing well. I'd give it a go

I saw them in Birmingham at the beginning of October, Pete turned up on time & was pretty coherent throughout. Then again the rest of that tour did get cancelled.. but I think you should take the risk.
