Yes which was sort of silly considering their glory days, as if they had any, were long gone. I know Amazon has had issues with people in the past thinking it was a Nirvana ( as we know them) recording.

I've never actually heard the '60s Nirvana, I'm curious though.
I bet the whole suing Kurt, Krist, and Dave thing was to try and get people interesting in their band again.
