TV On The Radio get mixed-up up in lost CD saga
A CD containing 16 demos by Yeah Yeah Yeahs singer Karen O has leaked onto the internet.

The CD-R, which is called 'KO At Home' and seems to have been put together by the singer, comes with a sleeve bearing a quote from Oscar Wilde that states:

"And all the woe that moved him so/That he gave that bitter cry, and the wild regrets, and bloody sweats/None knew so well as I/For he who lives more lives than one/More deaths than one must die"

According to Stereogum, the disc was discovered at the old apartment of TV On The Radio member Dave Sitek.

Reacting to the CD being uploaded, Sitek apparently responded by posting on the following blog

Addressing the person who leaked the demo, he wrote: "What motivates you? As far as I can see, you haven't turned a profit... You are a tired and confused animal who has no grasp on consequences... You gained NOTHING... No please put the brakes on this before you hurt someone you DO care about."

Tracks that have been leaked include 'Beside Me' and 'Save The Seeds'.

Im sick of people leaking tracks. Fucking buy the cd or we're going to be stuck with the RIAA figuring out new ways to fuck musicians over with itunes over cd's.

It's just a demo which will never be officially released. And anyway, I've found it now, on stereogum.com.

I can not find all the mp3s though.

i want to hear them godamnit.
