did anyone else go? what did you think of it? it was the second show of theirs I've seen now and I really enjoyed myself (although they should have played Buddha for Mary)

I'm gonna go again in March.

my friend is the biggest fan of his ever and meeting him made her so happy.

he signed my boob, my homemade band shirt (which he complimented), he took a pic of him and my friend and he gave us a big hug. it was so awesome.

we actually both handled it really well. we were calm and we were able to get enough words out to tell him that "Requiem was a fucking excellent film...and Highway too" and that we saw their june concert also which was great and that we'd definitely see them in March. surprisingly, Jared was really down to earth and patient. He was just going to get on his tour bus after signing tons of autographs and taking so many pictures with fans when me and my friend approached him, but because he could tell we were true fans and not just there to be around someone famous he lingered around us awhile longer. (He also poked my friend in the tummy teehee)Shannon Leto, on the other hand, seems really full of himself and arrogant. Tomo was a bit rude too.

if anyone gets the chance to see them live, go for it. A band called Envy on the Coast opened for them and that was great.

that was the single greatest moment (or collection of moments) in my life. it was like. ;adkjfhdf
and when i first met him it was like someone took my lungs and put them in a vice and squueezed, and all he could do was watch my eyes widen and laugh at me in the back of his head. and then he said it
"nice shirt.."

lol.

I did blow with Jared, his brother and the rest of the band at closed bar after their show in Toronto in March.

oh the perks of having a music journalist roommate.

not the coolest story, but feh, man....he has a huge ego, it was hilarious.
