i've always only liked blondie casually. if their songs come on, i can enjoy them, but i wouldn't buy one of their albums.

this song is stuck in my head because my friend has been playing the live album in her car.
good boys is one of the standouts, so i just assumed it was old.

i wish more bands were still able to write good songs that you actually seek out and want to hear again. the chorus should arrive with better gifts than the verses, and that happens in this song.

the rap part is kind of lame though. why rehash rapture?
and the queen reference is irksome as well.

blondie deserves credit for still writing at least a few great songs (are the full albums any good?) all these years later?

I love Blondie. I have the curse of blondie and good boys is one of the best songs in there. The best of the best of that album is Golden Rod. And Magic being a close second.

I have Paralell Lines and it's an amazing album. I also have the Blondie greatest hits.

There is a special quality to all Blondie songs. They are forever young.

Even the new ones, they sound from a young person's perspective, and it's amazing. I mean they have spunk, young love, passion, all those things.

The new songs feel more mature, like a mid life crisis type of thing, but still with youthfulness and energy.
