exactly. she picks people from the underground, people she likes for their talent and what they can produce together, she never gets into the bandwagon and she never works with the hot producer of the moment just to sell records and that is exactly why she sells because she follows her instincts and the music is good.
The only time she got into what was hip at the time was with Bedtime Stories, and the album ended being way better that most of the things at the time.
