my husband always calls me monica.
truthfully, i really enjoy cleaning and i'd rather do it alone.
when my husband cleans, i am usually right behind him cleaning what he just cleaned.
i just feel that when i do it, i know that it has been done right.
so yeah, i am pretty neurotic about cleaning too.

Fitted sheets are totally a nightmare to fold but I eventually got the hang of it. It's really difficult to describe though. It's basically like how they do it on that link. You want to try to get the annoying corners all tucked in to each other in the same direction. Kinda like how spoons rest on top of each other (bad example, I told you it's hard to describe). The rest of the sheet will fold fairly normally, and then you can just have the corner part hiding inside the bundle of folds, and it doesn't matter if that part gets crinkly because it's usually fairly taut around the sides of the mattress anyway.

Personally, I wish I had someone else to swing by every fortnight to put my duvet cover on the duvet. I can do it myself, I just really hate it.

Seriously though, I'd like to know how to clean down the glass walls around my shower without them going all streaky. I have a squeegee thing but I suck at it. Should I just fill a bucket with soapy water, wipe the window with it and then just wipe if off with the squeegee? Because it seriously will not work for me. I just don't know how those pro window cleaners do it, even though I've seen them at it a million times.

wash the walls with warm water
then basically pour cool water down them to rinse them and leave them to dry naturally

My pet peeve is cleaning stainless steel, we have a stainless steel oven and splash back and I can never clean it without it still having nasty smudges. Buffing it takes a lifetime and I can so not be arsed with doing that! Anyone know a good way to clean ss and keep it nice and smudge free?
did you try using a shammy cloth or just paper towels?
