If anyone here has a Chase Credit card or knows someone who does, tell them this:

I enrolled last month for the "Blueprint-Do it yourself Plan" where you can set up your repayment plan for paying off your card. (if you've seen the commercials, you know what I mean.

Well, I received my first statement after doing so. My NEW minimum payment went from $270 per month to a whopping $1300 per month!! wtf?? I mean for the MINIMUM!!

I always pay a lot over the minimum anyways, but what? I read the contract and it just says the usual "we can do whatever we want whenever we want." but I called and went off on three different reps. I asked them to tell me what law applied to jacking me like that. None of them knew. So I told them that I would NOT honor an ILLUSORY CONTRACT (buzz word guys, since those people know less than even that) heh heh....and the fourth rep instantly removed me from that plan and put me back to my old status.

I can't believe what thieves those mother****ers are. Oh, and then I see this charge from some co. that I've never heard of....so I call, and they just latched onto my account somehow, and had been there under DIFFERENT names, but same organization for 14 MONTHS!! again, i went off....and I am getting a full refund. who do i sound like right now?ha ha

BUT AGAIN....DON'T TAKE THE FIRST ANSWER. Cuz the first answer was "well, we'll refund you for only last month." and I was like "no, you won't. you'll give it all back or i will become your worst nightmare! you people are ****ing thieves!!

then they put a black lady on to put me in my place. and she goes "Now maam, if you continue to use that offensive language, this call will be terminated. we just cannot HAVE that type of vulgarity used here."

then I laughed and said "OH REALLY? My naughty words offend you?? You're fine with stealing from poor people, but bad LANGUAGE is your problem??" I'll bet if we talked to Jesus, I'd win at who was the better person right about now. then i threw some legalese her way...

and then she just gave up and gave me my full refund. all 14 months worth. comes to like $250. That ain't chump change for me. ya know?

so THAT is what I've been doing today. Instead of working, I've been acting like the widow forensic-accounting stylee...reeegoddamndiculous!!

but yeah guys, please watch out and stay on top of everything they throw at you.....they are such crooks, those credit card ****s.

chase is ****ING bull****. worst credit card company. i had a very good apr on my card and paid well above my monthly statements. they suddenly raised my apr quite a lot. i called to complain and, after being very direct in how i thought of the company, the **** flat out said we raised your apr because we need to make a profit during the recession. not that this is shocking, but how are people supposed to afford things in this recession if they keep raising apr's? pig.

lol. reps always hate me, i push everyone to their brink until they give me what i want. i don't know how many bank overdraft fees i've gotten removed. but the **** your talking about sounds insane.

yeah tracyr, i make no changes with my cards
i don't take the calls, emails, or snail mails
i don't trust any of those companies/etc.

I just learned that lesson. haha. never ever again.
They have always come to me...like turned my "regular" card
into a "Sapphire" card. what did THAT do?
a whole lotta nuthin'!!

but srsly.....you HAVE to become a crazy, scary ***** to get your way.
Otherwise, they will slide the fist up yr *** even further. and it hurts.
