Get one of the fliers, photocopy it (for your records), and send the original stapled to a bit of paper and write underneath "I assume the $800 bill you sent me was in error then. I accept your apologies and consider the matter closed." I would argue that is false advertising, if he puts it down in writing, but I dunno what the law in the US is.

i haven't gotten a bill from the chiro yet (which seems odd after 5 months... maybe he has a heart and won't send me one?) I just got the denied claim forms showing "You Owe: $800" about a week ago

The greatest asset they all have is themselves. And yet does anybody promote that to them? Does anybody tell them that they are the greatest asset they have? Or are they steered to idol worship? Are they moved, are they motivated, are they inspired to look at the president or any politician as their only salvation? If they are, it's just a shame.
