having extensively watched episodes of judge judy while i've been off sick, i'd say that co-signing for a loan is definitely a bad, bad idea.

unless you like the idea of having a public slanging match and being patronised by a 50-something red head, i'd avoid it.

A very long time ago a kittyradio member ask me to co sign a loan for her. I did..

I really do not see a problem with that. Some times people need a helping hand.

I was going to say this, if the person is your kid then yes, cosign away. But a friend, nah.

I'm going to have to take out some student loans for college next year and my mom will cosign I'm guessing. It's still scurry.
