I got a ticket for undergae drinking. I need some serious help. I'm 19 so they didn't call my parents but the fuzz said there's going to be a warrant for my arrest. THEY DID NOT DO A BREATHALYZER ON ME and my ticket says "Possession of alcohol"

I need legal advice but do not want to tell my mom for obvious reasons. I'm really scared. At first I really thought about like jumping out the window to just not have to deal with the police cos I realized this was the real life police and not just rent-a-cops.

I was not in possession of alcohol when they found me and took my ID, I was just at aparty with alcohol. Can I fight this in court, or will I have to tell my mom? I can't afford to pay this off on my own so I will go to jail if I don't get my mom's help. My mom will be so pissed because she already helps me out financially and then I bring on stupid shit like this when the economy sucks. I feel so stupid about this. I thought the cops were gonna call my mom and I was like PLEASE DON'T TELL MY PARENTS, and the guy was like "Ohhh, we're not going to call your parents"

I'm in real legal shit, which I did not think would ever happen. But because they did not read me my rights or do a breathalyzer nd I did not live at the place with the alcohol or buy alcohol should I fight this in court? What should I do? Should I ask my mom for help? Shuld I just go to jail? Should I borrow money from a friend? Can I pay with a credit card for this? I think I'm done. This is so shitty. I'm scared of going to jail. Will I go to jail in Connecticut or Massachusetts? If I leave the state where the warrant was issued can they cross state lines??? Like what if I never set foot in the state where the warrants was issued?

Yeah. they probably dont let you use legal aid for tickts though.

I lookd at the law and they charged me less on the ticket than waht the law says is the minimum. the lowest find is 250$ the highest is 1000$ and I got charged for less, so can Iargue that the ticket is not valid?

Or can the landlord be blamed for allowing minors to drink on thier property?

It;'s just not fair that you can get tried as an adult, but still be considered a minor. goodness when i wake up i will be embrassed at well, the whole night but also for posting this.
